Physical activity, combined with a healthy balanced diet, is one of the keys to good health.
Small changes have positive benefits, just doing 30 minutes of physical activity each day has a bundle of healthy rewards, for example:
 | It helps to make you feel more energetic than if you were sitting around not doing much

 | It helps you sleep better
|
 | It helps to improve your circulation and help lower your blood pressure
|
 | It helps to strengthen your muscles and bones
|
And remember it only takes small changes and it is never too late to get started.
“My family and I always try to enjoy an active lifestyle - doing just 30 minutes of physical activity every day can help keep you fit and burn off the calories. Also combining this with a healthy balanced diet is vital, but it’s o.k. to have a few snacks along the way, my personal opinion is everything in moderation!

Remember exercise is not all about going to the gym. You can keep yourself active each day a whole number of different ways - by taking a walk with your family, going for a bike ride, playing football with your mates or even just playing a round of golf - definitely my preferred choice of exercise!”
